Newcastle football ground is only 20 minutes walk away, should your stay include football. In addition, Jesmond has a lovely park (Jesmond Dene), which is described as a 'countryside setting in the heart of a city' and just a short walk from the hotel, there is a sanctuary for small birds and small animals or you can enjoy pleasant walks alongside the Ouseburn River.
